How do I change my child’s diet from only complementary food to family food?

Change according to your child’s development: for most family foods it is important that your child can already chew well enough.

For example, offer a piece of bread made of finely ground wholemeal flour on 3 days a week in the morning or evening, and feed complementary food on the other days.
